Are the licenses genuine?

Yes. All licenses come from authorised distributors and activate on the manufacturer's official servers.

How quickly will I receive my key?

Usually within a few minutes by email. If the product is temporarily out of stock, within 3 business days.

What does "Perpetual License" mean?

You pay once and the license has no expiry date for the device on which you activate it.

What is the "Manufacturer price"?

It is the price at which the manufacturer itself sells the product in its own store. We show it for comparison.

What if my key does not activate?

Write to [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We send you a new key or refund you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the key has not been sent, with a full refund. After the key has been delivered, no changes, cancellations or refunds are possible, unless the key is confirmed to be faulty.

Which countries do you sell to?

To all 27 countries of the European Union: Greece, Cyprus, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery is by email, so there are no shipping costs.
