Microsoft 365 Personal, 1 User, 1 Year

Microsoft 365 Personal: your Office everywhere, always up to date

Microsoft 365 Personal is the Microsoft subscription for one person. For one year you get the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote, plus 1 TB of OneDrive storage for your files and photos. It is the former Office 365 Personal.

What it includes

• The Office apps in full versions for Windows and macOS, plus the apps for iPad, iPhone and Android.
• Sign-in on up to 5 devices at once with the same account: for example a desktop, a laptop, a tablet and a phone.
• 1 TB of OneDrive with automatic sync, access to your files from anywhere and file recovery after a ransomware attack.
• Continuous updates: every new feature arrives automatically, without buying a new version.
• Ad-free Outlook and extra email security tools.

Who it is for

Students, teachers and professionals who work on more than one device and want their files available everywhere. If you want to share the subscription with your family, Microsoft 365 Family covers up to 6 people and usually works out cheaper.

Subscription or one-time purchase?

With a one-time purchase such as Office Home 2024 you pay once for one version on one computer, with no storage. With Microsoft 365 you always have the latest version, on all your devices, plus 1 TB of cloud. If you also use a phone or tablet for work, the subscription is almost always the better choice.

Activation

1. You receive the code by email after payment.
2. Redeem it on the official Microsoft 365 activation page while signed in to your Microsoft account.
3. Download the apps from your account on each device.

Frequently asked questions

I already have an active subscription. Can I extend it?

Yes. Redeem the new code on the same account and the time is added to your current subscription. If you have automatic card billing turned on, switch it off to avoid paying twice.

What happens when it expires?

The apps switch to read-only mode and your files stay in place. With a new code you carry on as normal.
