Delivery & Activation

How it is delivered

All our products are digital. After payment, your activation key is sent by email together with installation and activation instructions for that product. No physical box or disc is shipped.

When

For most orders the key arrives within a few minutes. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the key is sent automatically to your email within 3 business days.

Where to find it

• In the order email, sent from [email protected].
• In your account, under My orders. Your account is created automatically with your first order.

Not received?

1. Check your spam and "Promotions" folders.
2. Make sure the order email address was entered correctly.
3. If it has not arrived and you have not heard from us, write to [email protected] with your order number.

[email protected] is used only for sending and is not monitored; for help please write to [email protected].

Activation

Every key comes with instructions for its product. If you have trouble activating, send a screenshot of the error message to [email protected].
