Returns & Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek law 2251/1994, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as activation keys, this right ends once delivery has begun, provided that before purchase you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give this consent at the last step of checkout.

Before the key is sent

If the key has not yet been sent to you, you can cancel the order by writing to [email protected] and we refund the full amount.

Key that does not activate

If the key does not activate the product you bought, write to [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the error message. After checking, we send you a new key or, if that is not possible, refund you.

After the key has been delivered

Once the key has been sent to your email, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded, even if you bought the wrong edition (e.g. Home instead of Pro) or no longer need the license. So before completing your order, please check the edition, number of devices and license duration carefully. The only exception is a key that, after we check it, is confirmed to be faulty (see “Key that does not activate” above).

How refunds are made

Refunds are made to the payment method you used, within 14 days of approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Free 60-day activation support

For 60 days after your key is delivered, if you cannot complete the activation yourself, we help you free of charge, together with the software manufacturer itself. Write to [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the message you see.

Support covers the activation of the license. It does not include training in using the software, basic computer skills, guidance on commands and settings on your computer, or teaching you how to install programs.

The above does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
