Who it is for

Freelancers and small businesses that need Outlook and want an affordable perpetual license. The difference from Home & Student is Outlook and the right to commercial use.

A note on support

Microsoft ended security updates for Office 2019 for Windows in October 2025 and for Mac in October 2023. The apps work normally for documents, spreadsheets and presentations, but they no longer receive new fixes. For a new computer, or if you often open attachments from unknown senders, we recommend a 2024 edition or a Microsoft 365 subscription from our Office range.

Delivery and activation

1. After payment you receive the key by email.
2. Redeem it on the official Office activation page with your Microsoft account.
3. Download the Windows or Mac installer from your account.
